Microsoft Mobile launched its entry-level smartphone, the Nokia Lumia 530, in August 2014. This Windows-powered device was released with Windows Mobile 8.1 running on 512MB of RAM with 4GB of internal storage. Storage could be increased by up to an additional 4GB of space with the inclusion of a MicroSD card. The single 5MP camera had a fixed focus for taking photos. Similar to other devices in the Lumia range, the Nokia Lumia 530 was available in white, dark grey, bright orange or bright green.
